November 29, starting at 16h, the strategy meeting of the Female Leaders Network of the WU Executive Academy will take place. We, the Board Members together with the Dean of the WU Executive Academy, are planning the year 2023 and – for me it will be very emotional, because I will announce that as of January 2023, I will hand over my chairmanship to the great, warm-hearted leader, Katarina Stanisaljevic. The joyful aspect of all this is that the moment when the right successor is found is one that feels very easy and logical, and one where everyone else joins in happily and there are no long faces – and that’s exactly the moment that has come with Katarina, who, by the way, also represented us in a phenomenal way at the Forbes Summit.
